I believe the hibiscus worked beautifully with the ginger in this drink! I added a little extra freshness with a small squeeze of lime (ginger and lime make a really good couple), topped it all with some Prosecco and Voilà-a delicious, easy-to-make cocktail that you will want to keep in your entertaining or “treat yourself” arsenal. I sincerely hope you guys enjoy it!
Hibiscus Ginger Sparkling Cocktail (recipe makes 1 cocktail)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Tbsp RUNAMOK Hibiscus Flower Infused Syrup
2 oz Ginger Beer (I prefer Q Ginger Beer because it has great spice)
Prosecco (or sparkling wine of your choice)
Squeeze of lime juice
Dried hibiscus flowers for garnish (Make sure you’re getting an edible kind. I find mine at a local Middle Eastern Market, but you can probably find some at a specialty grocery store)
Instructions:
Combine hibiscus syrup and ginger beer in a champagne glass (I love the vintage look of Coupe glasses, especially for an Oscar party). Top with Prosecco and add a squeeze of lime. Garnish with dried hibiscus flowers or lime.
