New Jogging Stroller For The Schwinn

Although it’s my husband who is the actual runner in the family, I do participate in some occasional jogging (or yogging with a soft j). So it was important to us to find an easy to handle, smooth performing jogging stroller. Although we liked our first jogging stroller, we recently got the Schwinn Interval Jogger, and we both immediately agreed that we had gotten a winner (or a Schwinner).

Schwinn is an iconic company that has been making popular, classic bicycles since 1895.  And if you’re an American Pickers fanatic like me, then you probably know Schwinns as those bicycles that Mike and Frank always freak out about when found. Now, Schwinn also makes high-quality jogging strollers that are absolutely amazing for their price point! Schwinn’s mobility experts teamed up with baby safety experts at Safety 1st to create top-of-the-line strollers truly built for jogging but also designed to keep precious little passengers safe and comfortable!

First off, the jogger is extremely lightweight compared to other jogging strollers we have tested. It comes with a lockable front swivel wheel, which is clutch since we lock the swivel wheel when running, but unlocking it can easily make it more maneuverable for casual strolling or if we decide to take the stroller into town. I think Bennett would attest that the best part about this stroller is it’s smooth ride. The Schwinn Interval Jogger has amazing performance shocks that make it one of the smoothest strollers we have ever tried. And naturally, Schwinn put fantastic bicycle tires on it for really great performance whether jogging on the road or on a dirt path. The stroller also has a very important safety wrist strap so the jogger and little passenger can’t get separated.

Some of my favorite features of this stroller are the spot for my phone and keys in the front organizer as well as the cup holders for my water bottle. I also greatly appreciate the amazing amount of storage in the basket underneath. One other important feature is that the stroller’s large canopy is rated UPF 50+ giving your precious cargo generous sun protection.

My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with the Schwinn Interval Jogger, and I definitely highly recommend this stroller! After trying the Schwinn we actually gave away our barely used, but more expensive jogger. This jogging stroller requires very little effort to open and fold away, and I can’t tell you how relieving that is after holding a 25 Lb little mini all day long. The easy handling of Schwinn stroller honestly makes me more inclined to stick to my jogging routine helping this mommy be more happy and healthy.
