Among my countless favorite style additions for the fall season is tweed. It has always been one of my favorite fabrics to wear when the weather starts to cool either in form of a jacket, skirt or dress. So you can imagine my excitement when I came across this classic tweed dress on sale!
In my opinion, tweed has always represented a traditional look and it reminds me of a spread in Town & Country. This dress actually has a shift silhouette, and looks great as is, but I gave it a little shape by cinching it with a patent belt at the waist. I really love the detail of the black fringe at its edges. This dress is perfect for work and would look great with a blazer or cardigan as the weather gets colder.
Since it still warms up to the mid 60’s or low 70’s during the day, I have been able to wear this dress with bare legs but I plan on pairing it with some black tights within a month or two.
I can’t wait to add some more tweed pieces to my fall collection. Some other tweed finds I love include this frayed tweed blazer, this tweed skirt and this beautiful tweed jacket.
I hope you all are having the most amazing day! You can shop my look from this post below!
