This past Saturday I woke up to a Winter Wonderland. We were forecasted to only have a dusting to an inch or two of snow, so I put the potential snow out of mind. I had patients to see on Saturday and had to wake up pretty early in the morning, and it is safe to say I was shocked when I opened our door to a snow globe. And, unfortunately, I had to wake up Brian to dig out my car.
Since moving up to New England I have really started to build up my boot collection, but Hunters are still my favorite in rain or snow. One of my favorite “play in the snow” outfits is my Penfield Parka paired with some Hunter boots. The Penfield Kasson Parka is water resistant, has a classic look and keeps me comfortable in all sorts of inclement weather 🙂
It’s funny watching Chewbacca’s reaction to snow year after year as if he’s always experiencing it for the very first time. He starts out a little reluctant to set “paw” in it  (which is ironic because he kind of looks like a baby polar bear right now), but after awhile he decides he loves it again and proceeds to eat and prance around in it.
So I’m officially finished with all my Christmas shopping and wrapping! Now I feel like I can breathe, watch all my favorite Christmas movies and just look forward to spending time with family. You can shop my Winter look from this post below! Happy Holidays Friends!
