With the cold wintery weather lasting well through March up here in the Northeast, this is the time of year I really begin to find myself encountering restlessness from being confined inside during these harshly cold days. And to my husband’s dismay, being stuck in the confides of our home usually leads to me frequently rotating and exchanging home décor. So, if you’re like me and have been considering revamping some of your home accents, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite pieces that I think would make lovely decorative additions.
Lulu & Georgia has been one of my online boutique destinations for all home décor for quite some time. This gold, modern wine holder is so interesting to look at and could store your wine or bubbly in the kitchen but would also look lovely on a bar cart. And while swooning over geometric shapes I came across these stand decorative objects (AMAZING)! These trays are also from L&G. I would use them for coffee table décor and (hopefully) breakfast in bed!
I also noticed that, true to form, Target currently has some terrific home accents. I’ve killed enough Fiddle Leaf plants to know I can never be a responsible plant owner so I have my eye on this faux version for Austyn’s nursery that looks as authentic as the real thing. Target also has a few versions of this decorative book set but I think this Audrey Hepburn quote set is really special.
The remaining picks in this selection are from another of my favorite retailers for modern home accents, CB2. I am very much obsessed with this mirror. It is very interesting in its design but also very sophisticated. And although I would have to keep this glass vase far away from the kiddos, I really hope to make it mine someday soon. It looks like it was handblown and represents beautiful, minimalistic style. These stone boxes are perfect for storing odds and ends and would absolutely increase your shelfie game.
And, finally, this dragonfly door knocker and decorative bowls are both from Wayfair. The door knocker is unique and sophisticated while the gorgeous bowls make the perfect gold accent that can be placed pretty much everywhere according to your mood.
