We are leaving for our Fourth of July vacation early next week and so I’ve started thinking about what I need to put in my suitcase for a few days in The Hamptons. I always like to celebrate America’s birthday and pack the iconic red, white and blue for the extent of the vacation. I’ve rounded up some style inspiration for your Fourth festivities making sure to only include items that would remain stylish all Summer long.
Although I love this navy tank dress and this striped A-line dress, this pleated fit & flare has to be my favorite on the list. I adore linen in the Summer which is why these striped tie waist shorts caught my eye. A wicker bag is a Summer must-have but I also included this adorable striped round bag (also available in blue)! I never travel to the beach without a effortless baseball cap and a wide brim straw hat to give my face as much sun protection as possible. The cute tassels make this scarf the perfect summer accessory and I collect gingham button-downs since they’re such a classic Spring/Summer piece. Finally, how amazing is this picnic basket for a fun lunch or dinner al fresco! I hope you all have a very Happy Fourth!
