Blueberry Lavender Butter

Serves: Serves 8
- ¼ cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries
- ½ Tbsp dried cooking lavender
- ½ Tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup softened unsalted butter (1 stick)
- Pulse blueberries, lavender, sugar and salt in food processor until well puréed.
- Add purée to bowl with softened butter and mix well.
- Form butter into a log and wrap with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours) then enjoy!
Substitute a vegan buttery spread if you are dairy free!
