Blueberry Lavender Butter

Blueberries and Lavender marry in flavor to create a delicious spread perfect for your morning pancakes or side biscuit or cornbread.
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries
  • ½ Tbsp dried cooking lavender
  • ½ Tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup softened unsalted butter (1 stick)
Instructions
  1. Pulse blueberries, lavender, sugar and salt in food processor until well puréed.
  2. Add purée to bowl with softened butter and mix well.
  3. Form butter into a log and wrap with plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours) then enjoy!
Notes
Substitute a vegan buttery spread if you are dairy free!
