One of my favorite places to spend a summer Sunday in Boston is on the Harborwalk. Brian, Bennett and I often park at Lewis or Rowes Wharf and spend an hour or so walking the winding path along the Boston Harbor. Bennett seems to really love watching the boats. They always seem to calm him no matter his mood that day.
After enjoying our Sunday morning stroll I love to head to one of my favorite spots for brunch, North Street Grille! It’s a small place and we usually have to wait to get a table but it is so well worth it. The food is phenomenal and it is by far my favorite brunch in the North End. After brunch we love to take Bennett to the splash pads and carousel along the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway. He always has such a blast while all the fun means a good nap is soon to follow. A couple of weeks ago Brian and I took advantage of this nap time and headed to the new open air Beer Garden on the Greenway. It was such a fun Sunday and I hope we get one like it again very soon!
I chose to wear my stripe crew-neck tee-dress that I found at Old Navy for under $13 on this particular Sunday. This dress is so perfect for a casual summer day. It is effortless and comfortable and the bright red and white stripes have a nautical quality that is perfect for a day along the water. I also love how great the dress looks with my Converses. I love being able to wear sneakers when I know we’ll be doing a lot of walking in the city.
I played with some pattern by turning my silk floral print scarf into a bracelet. I love the way the scarf looked paired next to by gold Michael Kors watch. I felt as though the accessories added some pretty femininity to my casual tee-dress.
I hope you all have an amazing day and thank you so much for stopping by!! You can shop my look from this post below:
